dustyenterprise.com and dustyenterprise.ro are the marketing site of Dusty Enterprise SRL, an independent iOS studio in Bucharest, Romania. The site describes three apps: Serento, Rolog and Kontiq.

The text, layout, design, illustrations, screenshots and code of this site belong to Dusty Enterprise SRL. So do the names and logos Dusty Enterprise, Serento, Rolog and Kontiq. Nothing on this page grants you a licence to any of it.
App Store, iPhone, iPad and Mac are trademarks of Apple Inc. We are not affiliated with Apple beyond being a developer on their store.
Serento, Rolog and Kontiq are separate products. Each is governed by its own terms and its own privacy policy, published on its own site and in its App Store listing. Those documents, not this one, decide what you get and what you owe when you use an app.
You cannot buy, download, subscribe or create an account here. All of that happens on the App Store, under Apple's own terms, and Apple is the party you transact with. Price, availability and refunds are whatever the App Store says they are on the day you look, not whatever this site last said.
The product descriptions here are written to match what the apps do at the time of writing. Software moves. A feature described on this site may look different, be renamed, or be gone.
The site is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind: not that it will be available, not that it will be free of error, not that anything written on it is current. Where this site and an app disagree, the app is the truth.
To the fullest extent Romanian law permits, Dusty Enterprise SRL is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, from the site being unavailable, or from your relying on something written on it. That includes lost profit, lost data, and indirect or consequential damage.
This does not limit liability the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury, fraud, intent and gross negligence.
The site links out to serento.app, rolog.ro, kontiq.ro and to listings on apps.apple.com, and it loads its fonts from Google. We do not control any of them. These terms stop applying the moment you leave.
We may change these terms. When we do, we update this page and the effective date at the top. The version published here is the one that applies. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version. There is no mailing list to announce it through, because we do not have one.
Romanian law governs these terms. If something cannot be settled by writing to each other, the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the law where you live continue to apply and nothing here removes them.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
